Overview: For products sold to customers in the United States Ramjet will cross ship replacement products. For products sold to or shipped to customers outside the United States Ramjet will ship replacement products within a reasonable time after receiving a defective product from its purchaser.
Procedure: To secure the remedies provided by the Product and/or Workmanship Warranties set forth above, the purchaser of a Ramjet product must obtain an RMA number by contacting Ramjet at 1-800-831-4569 between 9am-5:30pm CST, and provide us with your Order Number. The purchaser must then deliver the defective product or computer in which a Ramjet memory product was improperly installed to:

Product Warranty: Ramjet memory products are covered by a lifetime replacement warranty. Pursuant to this Product Warranty, Ramjet guarantees all Ramjet memory products will be free from inherent defects for the lifetime of the product. External Firewire Hard Drives are warrantied for a period of one year. Internal SATA hard drives are warrantied through the original manufacturer Seagate or Western Digital for a period of three years. In the event an inherent defect is discovered in a Ramjet memory product and brought to the attention of Ramjet by the purchaser of the product, Ramjet will replace the product at no additional charge to the purchaser. However, the purchaser is responsible for all charges incurred in connection with removal of the defective product and installation of the replacement product and, for defective memory products returned more than 30 days after their purchase, the purchaser shall also be responsible for shipping and handling charges. This warranty is not transferrable, and only applies to the original purchaser.
Workmanship Warranty: Ramjet's workmanship in connection with installation of a Ramjet memory product in a purchaser's computer at Ramjet's store is covered by a warranty for 1 year from the date of installation. Pursuant to this Workmanship Warranty, Ramjet guarantees such work will be performed pursuant to the highest industry standards. In the event a purchaser of a Ramjet memory product experiences a problem with such product as a result of the product being improperly installed in the purchaser's computer by Ramjet, Ramjet will reinstall the product in the purchaser's computer at Ramjet's store at no additional charge to the purchaser. In connection with installation of Ramjet product in a purchaser's computer at any site other than Ramjet's store, this Workmanship Warranty is limited to 7 days from the date of installation.
Limitations: UNLESS EXPRESSLY STATED ABOVE, THERE ARE NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, BY OPERATION OF LAW OR OTHERWISE, FOR RAMJET PRODUCTS. RAMJET HEREBY DISCLAIMS ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. THE PRODUCT AND WORKMANSHIP WARRANTIES SET FORTH ABOVE DO NOT COVER DAMAGE OR DEFECTS CAUSED BY "ACTS OF GOD" (e.g., lightning storms or other causes beyond Ramjet's control) OR MISUSE OF A RAMJET PRODUCT, WHETHER SUCH MISUSE IS BY THE PURCHASER OF THE PRODUCT OR ANY OTHER PARTY THAT IS NOT AN EMPLOYEE OF RAMJET.
RAMJET'S LIABILITY FOR ANY BREACH OF THE PRODUCT OR WORKMANSHIP WARRANTIES SET FORTH ABOVE IS LIMITED TO THE REPLACEMENT OF A RAMJET PRODUCT. IN NO EVENT WILL RAMJET BE LIABLE FOR ADDITIONAL DAMAGES, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE OR OTHERWISE, AS A RESULT OF SUCH A BREACH. WITHOUT EXPANDING THE GENERAL NATURE OF THIS LIMITATION OF LIABILITY, RAMJET IS NOT LIABLE FOR ANY LOSS OF DATA WHICH IS A DIRECT OR INDIRECT RESULT OF A BREACH OF THE PRODUCT OR WORKMANSHIP WARRANTIES SET FORTH ABOVE.
