I am longtime customer of Ramjet, I first ordered RAM from you over 3 years, and have not bought anywhere since. I recently ordered a 64 Meg SDRAM card for my Powerbook G3, installed and voila 128 megs of ram.. For a short while I worked as Mac technician at a local Apple Dealer, and whenever I did RAM installs with competitiors memory it was sometimes hit and miss with chips being bad and such. That has never been the case with your company. I just wanted to thank you for great customer service and a great organization.

Just wanted to say that my memory module came on time and is working just great. Although you should see the Fed Ex box that it came in. When I first saw it, I was afraid that the fragile memory module would be in bits and pieces as the box was totally demolished. I probably should include a picture of it in this email but don't have the time to do that now. Anyway, needless to say, I opened the box fearing the worst but thanks to the excellent packing job on your side, the memory module survived! Anyway thanks.

Just wanted to drop you a note stating how happy I was with the service I received recently when purchasing two memory modules from you. One of the modules was a 32 MB DIMM for a PowerMac 6500/225 which caused me some problems during install. No matter what I did, I couldn't get the machine to recognize the additional memory. After calling you back, I quickly discovered how knowledgeable and courteous your staff was. After further experimentation on my part, I learned that it wasn't the memory module that was bad -- it was the second memory slot on my logic board!

A call to Apple's customer service and a trip to a local Apple warranty repair shop garnered me a new logic board for the machine, and your RAM module is now happily humming alongside the original module.

I just wanted to let you guys know you saved me $100 over ClubMac. I purchased over $1200 worth of Mac parts from ClubMac and asked them how much 72 Pin 60ns sim would cost. They told me "Well since your putting together a pretty good sized order, they will only cost $89 each." I had not checked Ram prices lately and thought it sounded pretty good and agreed. Thank you very much for helping me to install additional memory in an old, trusty Macintosh LC475. We had a lot of trouble with a memory module from another vendor -- a big, nameless chainstore -- due largely to their lack of knowledge. Turns out that installing any module over 4Mb requires that 32bit addressing be "on" in the system. You all knew that, and somehow I am *not* surprised that the big chain store did not! Moral: deal from the beginning with people who know what they are doing --> Ramjet!

I received and installed my two 16 mb SIMMs from RAMJET yesterday. I am *extremely* happy with the increased performance I now have. It's like I have a new Mac. Just wanted to say what a nice and cleanly designed web site you have. I went in search of a good deal on Mac memory this morning and your site came up first on a Yahoo search. Your prices seemed too good to be true and so I started checking out the others on the list. Most of them were slick, overdone sites and I couldn't even get near a price list without going through at least 4 other layers of pages all the while waiting for distracting graphics and other "cool web tricks" to download. Thanks for your great service. I've received my RAM and it works great. I found Ramjet just after I had ordered RAM from one of the big online suppliers. I didn't bother to shop around, thinking there couldn't be much of a price difference. I was wrong, because Ramjet had the same amount of RAM at half the price I had just spent! I went ahead and ordered from Ramjet, thinking I would cancel my earlier order with the other place (having noticed Ramjet's prominently placed, straightforward return policy, I assumed the other guys' would be similar).

They didn't make it easy to find information on cancelling an order, and when I finally found out how to do it, their online form didn't work. So I e-mailed them--but too late. So I had to return the order, a process which they again didn't make easy (I had to call for an authorization number, but of all the options on the voice-mail, none said anything about returns--I had to go with the last of about 12 categories: "other from RAMJET--and I'll tell my friends to, also. Thanks for great service at a great price.

Hi, I am a Macintosh Sales Associate for Micro Center, a national Apple reseller. I had a customer purchase an iBook Special Edition from me recently, and wanted a 256 MB RAM card for it. We do not stock that card, and so I gave him a phone number for a RAM company that I thought could take care of his request. He called back a couple of days later, saying that this company told him that card would cost $1000! He was of course unwilling to pay that ridiculous price and he was very frustrated. He basically told me that if I couldn't find him the RAM he needed for a good price he was going to return the iBook. Naturally, I tried very hard to find a good deal as fast as I could. I remembered seeing an ad for your website on a Mac news site ( I believe MacCentral.com). I went to your website where you had a 256 MB RAM card for the iBook for only $439. I told him about your website and he ordered the RAM from you. He told me that your customer service was excellent, and that the other company's service left something to be desired. Because of this experience, I have stopped giving my customers the other company's phone number for out-of-stock RAM cards and started giving them yours. I just wanted to thank you for saving one of my sales.

I purchased some RAM from you shortly after you put up your website. I have made 8-10 purchases since then and today am making another. You provide the best, most friendly service possible. I recall one order which I wasn't too certain about. I placed it anyway and then called your 800 number. Your representative said the item was indeed incorrect but he would take care of it. He did. Try getting service like that, or the consistent reliable delivery service RAMJET provides, from one of the big web/catalog companies.

The item I'm buying today is presently on special elsewhere for $19. less and with free shipping. But RAMJET has always had competitive prices, always the lowest or close to it. Combine that with great service, a rare commodity on the net, and I'd be foolish to buy RAM anywhere else.

Just wanted to write to thank you for the prompt service I received from your company!

I placed an order for a 256 MB module over the weekend (Sat.), and it arrived this morning (Tuesday), at work.

The packaging was very well done -- the FedEx box was so light, one of my coworker asked me if I had a few sheets of paper delivered. ;)

Needless to say, I was anxious to come home and install the new module in my G4/Dual Processor Mac. Installation was an absolute breeze!

I fired up the Mac, and everything works fantastic! Now I have a total of 512 MB of RAM, and I'm loving it! Perfect for Photoshop!

Anyway, kudos on the great service! I have already recommended your company to a friend of mine...

However, the 128MB module that came with the PB G3 FireWire failed. MacWarehouse, from whom the PB was purchased, said that the problem was Apple's problem & not their's. Your product support is far superior.
