iMac Intel

Motherboard RAM: 0mb
Sockets: 2
Speed: Varies, Check "About This Mac" in your Apple Menu.

Overview:The iMac Intel represents a great leap forward in processor power with the switch away from the PowerPC to the Intel processor. The memory is also a faster type of DDR running at 667Mhz, 800Mhz, or 1066Mhz. To maximize memory performance, it is recommended that memory SO-DIMMs be installed in pairs in the iMac Intel. Pairing will result in a small but measurable speed improvement.

667Mhz, 800Mhz, or 1066Mhz: To find out whether your iMac uses 667Mhz, 800Mhz, or 1066MMhz SO-DIMMs, go to the Apple Menu on the top left corner of your screen, and select "About This Mac." The Memory line will read either 667Mhz, 800Mhz, or 1066Mhz speed RAM.
